Hi Belle wins Mannerism Stakes 2012

Race favourite Hi Belle has won the Group 3 Mannerism Stakes, the last at Caulfield today.

Five-year-old mare Hi Belle scored a convincing win in the 1400m race, winning by 2 lengths from I’m Discreet. Slow The Flow was third ahead of Follonica.

Trainer John Gunning was confident of Hi Belle’s chances going into the race.

“I’m over the moon with her, I came here that confident with her today,” Gunning said.

Today’s win was the 8th for Hi Belle in 23 career starts.
